How to Use:
1. Relax.
2. Sit with crossed legs (Sukhasan).
3. Place the bowl in the middle of your palm (Do not grip with your fingers).
4. Strike the rim of the bowl with the mallet and let the sound resonate. Scoop the sound.
5. Continue running the mallet around the rim.

Suggested Time:
5-15 minutes daily (If possible, maintain a consistent time and place.)
